It was twenty years ago today...well...actually it was just in the winter of 2002 that Von Cello put together a band to play beautiful classic rock ballads and other standards on his fine acoustic cello, along with acoustic guitar and bass.
On this set of recordings he plays with top New York City club date musicians: Rick Briskin, guitarist, and Mike Hall, bassist. The band is available for hire for corporate functions, parties, concerts, and affairs. The band can also be expanded to include drums, keyboards, or other strings or winds.
